TERMS & CONDITIONS –“REFER YOUR FRIENDS COMPETITION”

Anyone referring a new prospect to Propertybuyer may enter the competition.  The referring person must provide propertybuyer the full name and contact details of the prospect and have consent to pass on their details.

Entries for the first draw close at Midday on 30th April 2009.

The first draw will take place at Propertybuyer offices, Suite 2, 47-49 Darley Street, Forestville after Midday on 30th April 2009.  Subsequent draws will take place after 12.00pm on the nominated day the draw closes.

The prize will consist of a choice of one of the following:
1. Weekend Away for Two;  Two nights accommodation and breakfast both mornings at the Sebel Kirkton Resort in the Hunter Valley to the value of $500.
2. Red Balloon Day experience voucher to the value of $500 in the form of a gift certificate.
3. JB HiFi Voucher to the value of $500 in the form of a gift certificate.

The winner will be contacted by phone or email.

The winner’s name will be published on the Propertybuyer website (under the “Affiliates” page).

Propertybuyers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable or redeemable for cash.

Four Draws will close and take place on:

• 30th April 2009,
• 30 June 2009
• 30th September 2009, and
• 18th December 2009
