When buying an investment property, I'd rather not make decisions by myself. Rental properties are a long term investment, so if I make a mistake selecting the property or the location, I would have to live with that mistake for years to come. He seems to know cities around Australia very well, and can even tell how a few hundred meters in the location of a property within the same street can affect its capital growth potential. He has also shown excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as integrity. Once the property settles, I know that he has got me into a good investment scenario, and I also have peace of mind that the job has been doen properly, and I don't have to worry.
