Allambie Heights is located 17 kilometres north-east of Sydney’s CBD on the Northern Beaches. It is part of the local government area of Warringah Council. State Transit buses service Allambie Heights and provide a link to the CBD and also Manly Beach. Roseville Train Station is only a 10 minute drive away.
Allambie Heights has leafy streets which also include winding, steep roads with sweeping ocean views. A mix of single level brick residences, original weatherboard cottages and brand new homes are found in Allambie Heights.

There are a couple small shopping strips with café’s and general stores scattered about Allambie Heights plus the larger, main business area consists of an IGA supermarket, newsagency, delicatessen, bakery and café’s. Allambie Heights is also located a short 5 minute drive to the large Westfield Shopping Centre in neighbouring Brookvale, which houses over 300 stores including Myer, David Jones, BigW and Target.

There are family daycare’s, long daycare centres and pre-schools for the younger kids and the Allambie Heights Public School is a very popular and highly regarded school. There is also the neighbouring Brookvale TAFE and other high schools.

Spectacular, private bushland surrounds Allambie Heights perfect for bushwalking enthusiasts. A little further one can walk down to surrounding parklands of Manly Dam.
