• Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA) - National and independent group of buyers' agents aimed at improving the profile and ethics of buyers agents in Australia. Rich is currently the NSW liason officer.
• Rich is also an active member of the REINSW Buyers' Agents Chapter Committee which meets regularly to advise the Institute on a range of policy matters to improve the professional standards within the Buyers Agent industry.
