Having been searching for a property for some time, and rapidly running out of spare time to conduct the necessary analysis, I picked up the phone to Property Buyers to arrange an initial meet.

I was introduced to Jamie Zimmerman who took our list of requirements and began scanning the market. Within 2 weeks of the initial meeting (and following an interactive consultative process), we were out inspecting our short-list ? some of which were listed, others which had not yet been listed and were offering us the opportunity to act before being placed on the market. Within that initial shortlist was a property which met our criteria however in Jamie?s opinion, the vendor was a little ambitious on auction price guidance and we decided to keep looking. Jamie however maintained touch with the property and identified that the property had been passed in by a substantial margin and suggested we make an offer. Needless to say, we made an offer which was in line with Jamie?s original guidance to us ? and we were able to secure the property for $200-$300k less than the initial auction guidance.

Throughout the process Jamie kept us entirely in the loop, seeking feedback on his suggestions and revising our requirements according to the response. His analysis on value and guidance on quality was always based solidly on fact and evidenced by market data points, which simplified the decision making process for us. Always acting in our best interests, he was careful to provide solid advice on which we came to depend.

Without a shadow of a doubt, when I buy again, I will be contacting Jamie?
