Founder and managing director Rich Harvey has a passion for real estate and established the company in 2001 to ensure that buyers were fully represented in the purchasing process. Traditionally vendors have been well represented by selling agents in the property transaction, while buyers were left to fend for themselves on what is usually the most expensive purchase they make in a lifetime.

We believe that buyers should have even greater support and professional advice when making a purchasing decision. We empower clients with extensive market knowledge, access to a wider network of properties and provide exceptional negotiation skills to deliver a great result.

We never sell property so we are truly independent – we are not paid by selling agents or developers, so we never have a conflict of interest. This means we can devote ourselves wholly to looking after your best interests.
