Our situation is probably not too dissimilar to many young professional Australians plying their trade in overseas.

We had been monitoring the Sydney property market from London for quite some time. The timing looked good, the market had stalled for a couple of years allowing us to get a decent deposit together in order to fulfill our dream of having a place we could call our own in Sydney. Because we were on the other side of the world it was important we chose a professional and reliable Buying Agent to execute our specification.

Rich?s persistence and ability to react quickly paid off in the end as he successfully negotiated to take our eventual property off market before it went to auction (despite some eye watering auction results which had occurred in the weeks before).

Thanks to Rich, we got exactly what we were after, importantly, at a very favorable price.
