I was so happy we made a decision to use Saul to find us a home. It was his in depth knowledge of the local areas that literally saved us from moving into the wrong suburb. Our changes of focus from looking at the Inner West to moving to Randwick in the Eastern Suburbs was easily made with all the knowledge and assistance given to us during the search and evaluate process. Saul also managed to stretch our budget to buy something much larger than we were originally planning to buy and was exceptionally accommodating when it came to servicing our time constraints and my family even spending several hours with us on a Sunday. I love the easy access to the city and variety of restaurants. Saul gave us invaluable support and helped us understand the complexities of the local market as I had only been in Australia for about a year.
