Our situation is probably not too dissimilar to many young professional Australians plying their trade in overseas.

We had been monitoring the Sydney property market from London for quite some time. The timing looked good, the market had stalled for a couple of years allowing us to get a decent deposit together in order to fulfill our dream of having a place we could call our own in Sydney. Because we were on the other side of the world it was important we chose a professional and reliable Buying Agent to execute our specification.

You would be forgiven for thinking that a seasoned property investor with around 50 properties would have no need of the services of 'propertybuyer'. Not so! The larger the existing portfolio, the more management time it consumes, and the less time available for searching out new opportunities.
