The investors must have their funds ready to invest when a site becomes available.  The funds are placed in a managed fund that fully complies with ASIC requirements.  Clients would need at least $100,000 in cash or equity to participate in these types of projects and be willing to take on a higher level of risk than the standard purchase of established residential property investments.
