Coming from the country and not being overly familiar with the region, Matt provided us with relevant information on the area and his constant explanation of the buying process kept us well informed along the way so we never felt out of the loop. His negotiation skills and professionalism made the process very easy. He also assisted with the inspection timetable, pre settlement inspection, and locating a suitable managing agent for the property. All of this assistance was a great help to us, as it saved many trips to Sydney.
