David is a licensed commercial real estate buyers’ agent with extensive experience in the industry. Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management and worked for a developer for several years, he has a sound understanding of the process from scouting for sites and completing feasibilities to settling on the competed apartments. David’s involvement in purchasing multi-million dollar properties (which resulted in multi-million dollar gains in less than 5 years) and industry relationships enable direct access to the ‘cream of the crop’ before it hits the market. A wide network also provides a greater selection of properties to choose from. In turn, clients can be assured they are purchasing a top quality asset that will appreciate in value in years to come.

In addition, David’s established relationships with commercial selling agents and strong research and analytical skills enable him source additional properties to back up the negotiations with hard data to achieve the best possible price

David also works directly with our other Buyers’ Advocates and Investment specialists, in the critical role of assisting the buyers’ advocates in all aspects of property research and evaluation. David also facilitates the buying process by arranging pest and building inspections and liaising with strata managers and conveyancers. David also regularly prepares research reports on emerging markets to identify potential investor hot spots.

Soon completing a Master in Construction Management, David has a passionate interest in all aspects of real estate and relishes keeping up to date with property trends Australia wide.
