Adrian engaged me to find a Commercial property suitable for Medical use in Penrith, a very challenging mandate.

After researching the area I was able to identify the only one property for sale that was matching all of clients requirements. Given the lack of options this property was highly sought after by other local Medical related buyers. With our network of connections and swiftness in carrying out the due diligence I can say we were lucky to secure the property at the asking price. There were two other interested parties one of which was ready to start a bidding war to snap up the property. In the end my clients were the lucky and happy purchasers.
