Jenny and Jeff were seeking a large apartment, close to the beach with an outlook. It was initially to be leased out as an investment, but potentially a future home for their children. The market was as hot as it has ever been in the Northern Beaches and the auction was typically competitive. As usual, it was important to remain calm and confident in the bidding and discourage every other from competing for the property. Jenny and Jeff were thrilled in the result, securing the property comfortably below their limit. Great result for a lovely family!
