to define a brief and to secure a prestigious Victorian terrace in Sydney’s exclusive Paddington with a tight budget and timeframe.
Solution:
There was very limited stock available at the time and the client had been unsuccessfully searching for a number of months and relying on Agents to come back to them with suitable properties.
Munro contacted all local agents and sent out a detailed brief to our Agent network, he was able to secure a great selection of potential pre and off market properties in the target area and immediately start inspecting a short list of suitable properties. This solution in this case was to buy an extremely well-located property below the client's budget and renovate/add value to this grand home. Munro referred the client to a trusted architect who specialises in heritage properties who assisted us in be able to turn their dream into a reality.
