Grace and Tony were based in Hong Kong and wanting to purchase a family home in the Killara High School catchment. Over a period of 3-4 weeks, we put forward a number of properties, including several off-market, with the help of video and teleconference. We initially walked away from one property in which an agent and vendor were too far greedy, before settling on a lovely home in East Lindfield, which was much closer to their extended family.
