Wayne is a switched-on investor and plans to purchase more property. He knew what he wanted which made the process, relatively quick. We made three offers and were pleased to secure this great rental. As it turns out, Wayne has a work commitment in Brisbane on Wednesday 28th August, which will give me the opportunity to pick him up from his work location and show him his new property. We considered quite a few properties and were conscious of competition and limited stock. We were able to offer appealing conditions which assisted with the purchase of this off market property.
