Anthony and Jessie were full-service Australian Expats living in Hong Kong looking at an investment property in Melbourne. The challenge was to find a 3-to-4-bedroom house that would double as their family home on their return. They wanted low maintenance and a property that would increase in capital growth and be able to grow with yield. Being in Hong Kong, Anthony and Jessies wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate their new purchase, they wanted local knowledge on areas, especially the South Eastern areas of Melbourne . The outcome was fantastic as I was able to save them at least $25K, on their investment property in Mount Waverly. 
Mount Waverley has an amazing shopping village, 15 to 20mins from Melbourne CBD, Close to transport, close to Chadstone shopping Centre and has great locally zoned schools.
