This is an extremely rare opportunity to join Sydney and Australia’s leading buyers’ agency with a focus on the East.

We are looking for a quality Buyers’ Agent specialising in the Eastern suburbs to join our team, sourcing homes and investment properties for our clients.  Our reputation is built on integrity, communication, exceptional customer care and results. 

We want someone who puts the buyer first in all their decisions and is prepared to go the extra mile with customer service. In a nutshell - we want someone with an attitude of excellence and persistence. 

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Prospecting and networking for new leads
  • Meeting and qualifying client needs to prepare client briefs
  • Researching and shortlisting suitable properties
  • Appraising and evaluating target properties
  • Making offers, auction bidding and negotiating with agents
  • Facilitating exchange of contracts and other pre-settlement duties
  • Maintain client records using our CRM system.

You will have:

  • Extensive experience in real estate
  • Excellent local knowledge of the Eastern suburbs market
  • High levels of professional courtesy and personal integrity
  • Strong networking skills/ deep networks
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Real estate licence, Certificate of Registration, or Buyers Agent licence
  • A solid understanding of investment property
  • Sound knowledge of the Sydney property market.

You will be self confident, trustworthy, a great team player, persuasive, an excellent communicator, persistent, friendly, well presented, analytical and have a passion for property.

You must be willing to serve the needs of our clients 100% and strong organisational skills.  You will have sound numerical and computer literacy, be self motivated and innovative and have a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
