Propertybuyer East is expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Buyers’ Agent (or high-performing Sales Agent ready to transition to the buy side).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and grow your own client base, leveraging your networks and reputation
• Manage and convert company-generated buyer leads
• Manage and advise buyer clients through the full acquisition journey
• Prepare buyer briefs and acquisition strategies
• Research, shortlist and appraise suitable properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents
• Source on-market and off-market opportunities
• Conduct thorough due diligence
• Negotiate purchases and bid at auction
• Manage pre-settlement processes
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of Propertybuyer East

About You

You are an experienced real estate professional who:

• Holds a current Real Estate Licence or Buyers’ Agent Licence
• Has a proven track record in residential sales or buyers’ advocacy
• Possesses strong knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs property market
• Brings established local networks and professional relationships
• Is commercially minded and comfortable generating business
• Is a team player who values collaboration and shared success 
• Contributes positively to team culture and collective learning
• Demonstrates high professional integrity and client-first values
• Has excellent communication, negotiation and people skills

We are looking for a proven Commercial Buyer’s Agent with deep market expertise and strong industry networks to source, negotiate, and secure premium commercial assets for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Management – Engage with high-net-worth clients, understand their objectives, and create tailored investment strategies.
🔹 Sourcing & Research – Identify and shortlist investment-grade commercial properties across NSW, ACT & QLD.
🔹 Off-Market Acquisition – Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial agents to access off-market deals.
🔹 Due Diligence & Analysis – Conduct in-depth financial assessments, lease analysis, and risk evaluations.
🔹 Negotiation & Deal Execution – Manage bidding, negotiations, and contract execution to secure the best outcomes for clients.
🔹 Networking & Business Development – Leverage and expand your industry connections to generate new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

This is not a role for beginners—we want high-performing professionals who:
✅ Have 5+ years of experience in commercial sales, leasing, valuation, or buyer advocacy.
✅Possess deep market knowledge in office, retail, industrial, or development assets.
✅Are well-connected and can leverage strong industry relationships to uncover premium deals.
✅Thrive in a high-performance environment and can handle high-value negotiations with confidence.
✅ Have outstanding communication & analytical skills to assess deals and present insights to clients.
✅Are licensed (Real Estate License, Buyer’s Agent accreditation)

✅Are driven, professional, and committed to long-term success in commercial property.
