Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a quality Buyers’ Agent specialising in the the Western suburbs of Sydney with deep and established networks to join our Sydney team, sourcing homes and investment properties for our clients. Our reputation is built on integrity, communication, exceptional customer care and results.

We want someone who puts the buyer first in all their decisions and is prepared to go the extra mile with customer service. In a nutshell - we want someone with an attitude of excellence and persistence.

Rather than spending all your time chasing up potential leads and listings, you are provided with a large proportion of company generated leads. Expertise with investment property would be well regarded.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Responding to new enquiries.
- Prospecting and networking for new leads
- Meeting and qualifying client needs to prepare client briefs
- Researching and shortlisting suitable properties
- Forming strong relationships with local agents to uncover off-market opportunities
- Appraising and evaluating target properties
- Making offers, auction bidding and negotiating with agents
- Facilitating exchange of contracts and other pre-settlement duties
- Maintain client records using our CRM system.

You will have:

- Extensive experience in real estate
- Excellent local knowledge of Brisbane’s key markets
- High levels of professional courtesy and personal integrity
- Strong networking skills/ deep networks
- Excellent negotiation and research skills
- Real Estate Licence or Buyers Agent licence
- A solid understanding of investment property

You will be self confident, trustworthy, a great team player, persuasive, an excellent communicator, persistent, friendly, well presented, analytical and have a passion for property.
