4.1 Automated Decision Making (ADM)

We operate ADM systems (e.g., Cotality, Open AI, Domain Tools, HubSpot) only where required to support our services. Personal information used in ADM includes name, contact details, property preferences, and financial information. ADM may assist in decisions such as prioritising client requests, allocating property matches, or sending automated communications. Decisions made by ADM do not replace human oversight and are only used to facilitate operational efficiency in accordance with the APPs.
