Kenny Fong was full-service clients from Malta looking to start his portfolio. The challenge was to find a 3-to-4-bedroom townhouse,  he wanted low maintenance, and the property would need to increase in capital growth and be able to grow with good rental yield. Being from Malta, Kenny wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate his new purchase, he wanted local knowledge on areas, especially the Bayside areas of Melbourne . The outcome was fantastic, as we were able to purchase his desired property after some very competitive negotiations, this was due to there being low stock in Frankston South and the property had multiple owner occupiers and investors vying to purchase this property is it is in Frankston South Secondary School Zone.
