Kenny Fong was full-service clients from Malta looking to start his portfolio. The challenge was to find a 3-to-4-bedroom townhouse,  he wanted low maintenance, and the property would need to increase in capital growth and be able to grow with good rental yield. Being from Malta, Kenny wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate his new purchase, he wanted local knowledge on areas, especially the Bayside areas of Melbourne .
