Susan and Nick are full-service clients from Sydney looking to start their portfolio, they have a 10-year plan to build 5 properties in a diverse portfolio.  The challenge was to find a 4-to-5 bedroom home on a large block,  they wanted rental yield and capital growth. Being from Sydney, Renee and Glenn wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate their new purchase, they wanted local knowledge on areas, especially the Bayside areas of Melbourne . The outcome was fantastic as we were able to save them at least $30K,  their investment property is in Frankston South which is for zoned for Frankston Secondary College and Overport Primary School.  This property is close to the beach and has an amazing shopping village and transport.
