Ann & Sean are expats from Ireland and were seeking two well-conditioned properties, one to the north and one to the south of the harbour. Our Eastern Suburbs specialist located and secured a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Bondi and I secured a 3 bedroom apartment in Wollstonecraft. Some minor renovations were required in the former apartment, which we arranged through a local builder who specialises in apartment and townhouse renovations. Anne and Sean were thrilled with both outcomes and now have two very solid investment properties in Sydney. The property was leased immediately for $620pw.
