Solution:
My husband and I just purchased our third investment property through propertybuyer. We decided to use their services again after realising how quickly we could finalise the process. Our property was purchased and settled within approximately eight weeks and this included searching and short listing the property. Our new tenants were renting the property within two weeks of settlement at exactly the rental estimate we received from propertybuyer which allowed us to have the appropriate budget and plans in place.
