My wife and I live on the Central Coast but were looking for an investment property in a particular area in Sydney (McMahons Point/Milsons Point) in which we could live in later. We engaged the services of propertybuyer and Matt Corbett which very much helped in terms of having knowledge of the market and experience in negotiating. We wanted to look for suitable properties ourselves but used the experience of Matt to appraise the value of a property and negotiate on our behalf. We are very happy with our purchase of an apartment in Milsons Point and believe we have bought well.
Matt also helped us find an appropriate property manager who we are also very happy with. Having the services of Matt Corbett reduced a lot of the stress of buying.
