Our buyer wanted to purchase an investment property, they themselves live in Sydney so they needed our help.


Their brief was a high growth detached home close to amenities. We secured a great property just a four-minute walk to Springfield Station, six-minute drive to Springfield Orion Shopping Centre a three-minute drive to the locate surrounding shops. It also has easy access to Centenary Highway to travel to the Gold Coast or the city.


This property ticked all the boxes in terms of location, strong capital growth and a strong rental return.
