Location: Inner West
Buyer type: Investor
Getting Rich onboard to find me my perfect property was the best decision I've ever made (not once but twice). My family have been lucky enough to have worked with Rich over the past 25 years - and this time with the wonderful Nick. Nick amazed me with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the area I was looking to buy. Their advice was extremely invaluable, making the negotiating and decision process much easier. Their expertise gave me confidence that I was purchasing at the right price and I don't believe I would have been successful without their involvement. Property buying can be quite daunting but Rich and Nick were simply wonderful with their guidance and genuine care. They love what they do and I have no hesitation in referring them to friends and family (which I have). Major gratitude to both Rich and Nick for their generosity of time, patience and going above and beyond!
Jenny
Working with Jenny and her brief was an absolute pleasure. As a hard -working, time poor professional person, Jenny just didn’t have the time & property experience to find her dream property. Her brief was to find a property similar to one she had viewed earlier on in the year but wasn’t in a position to buy at that stage. A two story terrace with character, close to the action of Balmain/Rozelle and minutes away from getting a good coffee!
Contacting all the good local agents and being quick to respond to the first real good prospect was key to key to my success, along with being able to negotiate a price actually just below what I considered to be the market value of the property. So, success with the purchase of 20 Wise Street, Rozelle – a great new enchanting new home for Jenny!
