Mark and Liz are interstate investors that have now purchased 4 properties through propertybuyer. On this occasion, they wanted a small block, character building, fully renovated, proximal to Sydney harbour. Within 3 weeks, I located an apartment in a small block of four, just 400m to the ferry. The apartment also had some glimpses of the harbour, which was a nice bonus. There was no money to be spent prior to tenant occupancy and the property was subsequently leased for $950pw after the first open. They have since increased the rent to $1,000pw.
