Stephen and Susan were returning clients to PB, this time seeking another investment property in the Northern Beaches. They wanted a 2 bedroom apartment in a beachside suburb, within walking distance to shops and transport. After putting forward a number of options, they settled on a lovely 2 story apartment in Dee Why, which was more like a townhouse, with the kitchen/living room and huge outdoor area on the ground level and two bedrooms, bathroom and internal laundry upstairs. A second toilet downstairs was a big plus, as was a separate very large tandem garage. The property should fetch around $800pw, which equates to around 4% gross yield.
