Bernhard and Andrea were full-service clients from Austria looking for a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment for their son that might be coming to study in Australia . In the meantime, they wanted a property that would service them very well with rent yield until their son arrived in Australia. 
This property on Queens Road St Kilda has exceptional yield and is perfect for a long-term tenant or Airbnb as its situated directly across road from where Melbourne hosts the Grand Prix.
Bernhard and Andrea wanted low maintenance, and the property would need to increase in capital growth and be able to grow with good rental yield. 
Being from Austria, Bernhard and Andrea wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate his new purchase, they wanted local knowledge on areas, especially areas of Melbourne that have great access to the CBD. 
The outcome was fantastic, as we were able to purchase their desired property after some very competitive negotiations, this was due to low quality stock in the area.
