Bertrand was full-service client from Sydney looking for a 4-bedroom house as an investment, yield was factor, but he was after also after an area that would increase in capital growth.
 
Bertrand,  wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate his new purchase, he wanted local knowledge on areas, especially the Bayside areas of Melbourne. 
 
The outcome was fantastic, as we were able to purchase his desired property after some very competitive negotiations, this was due to stock being low in Frankston South and the property had multiple owner occupiers and investors vying to purchase this property as it is in Frankston South Secondary School Zone.
