Claire is an avid property researcher. She was quite active putting property options forward and keen to find a low maintenance investment to meet her brief. 

After putting contracts on a couple of properties and missing out to high bidders, we secured the above property at a great price.  With a sound, potentially long-term tenant in place who address the majority of the maintenance matters, the pathway forward should be a pleasant experience. 

This has been a learning curve for Claire and husband Kwong, who were easy to work with.  

The new owners are delighted with their purchase and appreciate they bought well in an excellent location.
