Henry is a proactive investor and familiar with all aspects of property. 

He was keen to find a property quickly as possible due to pressing family circumstances. 

The timing was convenient as many real estate agents and those wanting to buy are on holiday over the Christmas break, therefore reducing competition. This also caused some minor frustration, as I knew agents with particular property I wanted to show Henry and Lucy, which I could not see because the agents were overseas.
 
Fortunately, there was enough quality stock available that met the brief and budget which satisfied the buyers.  We found a great property well under budget in a good location.  The property is vacant which allows for the buyer to achieve an immediate market rent rate. The B & P inspection ran smoothly and we've reached an ideal outcome.

The buyers are happy with their purchase.
