Jade is a delightful young electrician from Sydney.  His mates have a couple of investment properties in Queensland already so he is catching up.

As his first investment it's been a learning curve.  He had lots of intelligent questions and was always easy to deal with.  A bonus for us both was, that I had a quality off-market property offered to me which, after inspection, met Jade's brief and budget perfectly. The owners had set a very acceptable asking price, partly because there was no selling agent involved.
 
A very excited new owner flew into Brisbane yesterday to see his new investment. He's so pleased with the result and as I drove him around the area and through Redbank Plains and Springfield Lakes, before dropping him back to the airport, he was not only talking about plans for his next investment but moving to Queensland as well. In my opinion, this property is already worth more than Jade has paid for it.
