These buyers were very particular and also wanted an investment property with a second living space. Their original $550,000 budget meant this was a constant challenge. The buyers recognized this factor and increased their budget by $30k. We found and negotiated an acceptable price for this property, even though there was a lot of competition. We had many phone chats and I often needed to dispel some fears regarding local issues.

After a four-month search, 38 inspections and 3 failed offers/contracts the process was worth the wait. I negotiated a reduction in price of $3,000 to deal with the B & P issues which will bring the purchase price down to $582,000. The buyers are happy.
