Unfortunately, I had stiff competition on the night, with another bidder from $1.180m onwards and I had Chris Cuffe on the phone the whole way through as he is financing this for his son Adam, so he was agreeable to continue to bid as I was hoping to purchase it closer to $1.25m, if we didn’t have much competition. We were successful and held my nerve & suffice to say Adam & Emily are delighted.
