Working with a specific brief, Nat & Will were in no rush and out patience paid off with a pre: market purchase of a large 4 bed, 2 bath fully renovated home on almost 1,000m2 of land with a reserve on 2 x sides with only 1 x neighbour! My clients were interested in another property which was due to go to Auction within a few days of us exchanging on this property, which had 160 x buying groups through and our success to buy that, would have been low with a high chance the price on that property would have exceeded expectations given the high amount of interest. That property also had damp issues in the sub-floor, as opposed to the property we decided on, which had a clean bill of health & had a fastidious owner.
