I can hardly believe the events of today. Thank you, Matt, for being so patient with someone almost totally lacking in computer and mobile phone skills. I am sure that has made everyone's job just that much more difficult. I was beginning to think I might end up as a renter in the short term. You have certainly done a great job today, Matt, and I look forward to many (I hope) happy years in that lovely part of Collaroy.

BUYERS ADVOCATE COMMENTS:
Judith was looking to down-size and move from the Upper North Shore to the Northern Beaches, to my close to her son and grandchildren. The whole process was especially daunting, which is totally normal for a single woman in her mid-eighties. With the constant support of her son, I was able to secure a beautiful semi in Collaroy Basin. It was a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with lock-up garage and north-facing garden. With direct access to transport and Collaroy beach, Judith was so relieved to have secured such a nice property in her ideal location. It was most rewarding to assist such a lovely lady.
