Buyer's Brief: To buy an apartment in a modern building

Goal:

To purchase a unit to live in, good location, modern building and ready to move in. With capital growth potential (5-10 years’ time). Without using propertybuyer, I could not guess which property was right, I had no idea about the real value of a property and I did not have the time to search and study about the property market trends.

Solution:

David understood my wish list very quickly. He did not push me if a price will go above my budget. I felt that he was working hard for me and I did trust him 100%. He answered all my questions (including basic ones) well, and I appreciated his professional knowledge. Because I was going to live in the property, David reminded me of “how I felt about a property”, “do I like it or not”, which really helped me. I would not be able to purchase the right property in a very short period of time (3 weeks) without David. I am very satisfied with the property and the price (which David negotiated prior to auction). It is absolutely worth spending your money. Save your time, take your worries away, feel confident and save your money (in total)!

Yasmine was a pleasure to work with. She was able to refine her brief quickly which enabled us to immediately narrow down the search area fine tune the requirements, which in turn allowed me to find a suitable property within a relatively short period of time. I inspected the subject property when it was new to market and identified it as meeting all of Yasmine requirements, although I was sceptical about securing it within her budget because it was going to auction and there were several other interested parties. Yasmine and I inspected it the following weekend along with a range of other properties and fortunately she was able to see the value immediately. I hastily completed the due diligence and managed to secure it prior to auction for a fantastic price before the competition was ready.
