Lucia is a single mum, who runs her own business from home. One of her absolute essentials was to find a property not only suitable for her and her young daughter, but also so that she could run her business from. This meant finding a property with a space suitable to run her business from whilst at the same time being totally separate from her family residence.
With the task of finding Lucia her “Unicorn” we went to work to find a unique property to meet the brief. After only a couple of months we found the perfect property in the perfect location on the border of Randwick & Coogee. The problem was that the property was guiding well above her maximum budget – we needed to secure it pre-auction.
Solution:
After completing the due diligence, I went to work on the agent to try and secure a deal. Having a good relationship with the selling agent and understanding how the market was moving at the time, we managed between us to secure the property for Lucia, under budget and at a price the vendor was happy with too. – A win-win all round
