Marianne and Kieran had been looking to purchase a home in the Northern Beaches for their young family, and over 12 months they had missed out on a number of occasions. They were becoming increasingly frustrated and disappointed. Over a 2-week period, we showed them a number of properties, including a few off-market opportunities, before settling on a lovely family home in Frenchs Forest, in a beautiful family-friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of transport, sporting fields, shops and cafes. The house was originally listed for auction with vendor-expectation $300k above our budget, but we managed to negotiate a fantastic price prior to auction. We are so happy for Marianne and Kieran, and they are absolutely thrilled with the result.
