My first home buyer clients were after either an apartment or 3 bed free-standing residence within a budget of $1.150m in the northern suburbs region of Sydney.
After looking at mainly apartments, the local Hornsby McGrath agent, Nick Berman showed us an ‘off-market’ property - 6 Wanganella Cl, Mount Colah. Whilst this 3 bed cottage needs some work, my clients liked the good attributes, such as a good easement free block of land of 600m2, cul-de-sac street and decent location with close proximity to the train station and local shops.
