Suzy had recently sold her large home and was looking to downsize, but still required a reasonable sized house for those times when the grandkids visited. An open plan living flowing onto a large deck and north-facing backyard were just some of the features of this lovely home in Newport’s east side. Within walking distance to the beach, transport, shops and multiple restaurants, it was exactly what Suzy needed.
