Trent and Christina had used my services several years ago, in purchasing an investment unit in Manly. This time, they were looking for a large block of land to build their forever home. Privacy and ocean views were particularly important. Trent had inspected a particular property in Elanora Heights, but it was not feasible. However, the agent mentioned there was a possibility that the neighbouring property might also become available. We quickly set up an inspection and Trent was immediately interested. Set on 2 hectares of virtually flat land, it was primed for renovation or a rebuild. This beautiful property provided a real sense of solitude with its combination of extensive bush, lake and ocean views, yet it’s situated only a short drive to local shops, transport and schools. I completed my evaluation, and the negotiation took nearly 2 months, making it one of the longest I have ever done, but we eventually got there. I was especially grateful for the opportunity to assist such a lovely couple once again.
