Goal:
To find an apartment suitable for a wheelchair in the Sydney area, within our price range. It was impossible due to my limitations in a wheelchair to do this all myself. When searching online I could not tell what was suitable. I was worried about having to see many unsuitable apartments, negotiating with agents, lack of time and energy to look at places.
Solution:
Anna was wonderful she was our legs and eyes looking at places, then we would only look at times that suited us and good apartments.She was great at negotiating with agents and vendors and ensured we got the apartment we wanted. After we felt very, very happy and relieved that we had a place to move to. My illness forced us to sell our home and we now have a new home we love. Thanks for everything. From my first phone call when I spoke to Jason this has been a wonderful experience. My husband and I had been very stressed over the last few months due to my illness which led to my using a wheelchair 100% of the time. We had been forced to sell our home of 20 years, as I could no longer access this house. This in itself was very distressing and a huge hurdle in our lives. Trying to find an apartment that was wheelchair friendly proved to be an even bigger hurdle with my inability to visit multiple properties.
