Rich & Tim at propertybuyer were extremely attentive to our needs and helped us to purchase a house we would never have thought to be possible. Although we thought we could have found a property on our own, the house we ended up buying was one initially brushed off. Tim had contacts in the real estate industry who he had contacted with our brief. It was through this that we came to look, and consequently fell in love with, the house we now own. If it wasn’t for Tim, we would never have even inspected the house. We went into the auction with trepidation and not feeling at all confident but with Tim encouraging us, we bought the house at the exact price we had planned to pay for it. Tim valued the house at the price it ended up selling for so there were no surprises.
