Goal:
We wanted a nice 3 bedroom house and the thought of doing it all ourselves was not good at all as we are living and working overseas. We were concerned we wouldn’t have the patience and perseverance to wait until the right property came available and to get the house of our dreams.
Solution:
We were really happy with Anna. She understood exactly what we wanted and seemed not to be too off put or concerned by the really tough market. Anna kept our expectation in check and was very patient with us. We missed out on numerous properties, as the market was so tough, yet Anna was always so confident that with a little patience, what we really wanted would present itself and sure enough it did. We were also very happy with the way Anna was always on the top of the latest with each and every property we took interest in and when the property we really wanted did present itself Anna worked incredibly hard to get our offer in and accepted. We were so impressed and really very happy. After we were relieved to have someone who knew the market and what we were really after and could present us with properties we were really interested in – especially with us being based overseas. We are really happy with the final outcome.
If you are thinking of engaging propertybuyer we would say go for it. Anna was an enormous help to us. We are sure we would actually never have been able to buy a property in Sydney, whilst overseas without a property buyer and especially Anna, who was fantastic.
