I did not know the area - Nelson Bay. Propertybuyer was recommended by a friend. Kevin Mason was the agent in the area. He knew the area well, the Real Estate agents and was able to negotiate and organise private viewings of properties, after advice from me on my specifications. He was extremely helpful, professional, organised, and as he had been in the Real Estate business observed issues with properties that I had not seen. He negotiated with the Real Estate to purchase the property, something that I am not confidant with. He has also followed up with the purchase, assisting with issues arising from the building inspection and the walk through prior to final settlement. I would use the services of both propertybuyer, and Kevin for any future property purchases. I highly recommend them.
