We were looking for our new family home and had been in the market for 10 months. Having been pipped at the post on a couple of 'on-market' properties including auctions, we decided to reach out to a couple of local buyers agents to help us tap into the elusive 'off-market' scene. We chose to go with Rich as he was local to the area and had recent success for others. After sharing our requirements Rich was able to find us our next home within the week. Rich then negotiated on our behalf, arranged the inspections, facilitated getting our questions answered, and helped us secure the property. While we may ask ourselves why didn't we engage Rich earlier in search, we wouldn't have secured this lovely home if we did. We recommend Rich and his team and would happily use them again.
