Whilst process is one thing – the result is what counts at the end of the day. And the end result for me is a terrific property in a great locations – with a real plus one feature in terms of the view – at a price significantly below comparable properties. A vendor with aspirations of an $800k sale agreeing to sell for $710k is a great result…for me!
